Michael Gutman brings 20-years in commercial banking, most recently leading City National Bank of Florida’s Broward Corporate Banking office and was formerly with Capital Bank and Wachovia/Wells Fargo.
Gutman has originated $1.0 billion in commercial real estate loans across all major property types, plus extensive experience financing corporate borrowers and private real estate lenders.
He possesses a B.S. in Finance and MBA in Real Estate & Finance from the University of Florida.
